Return Policy:
All returned items must have a Return Authorization Number

Orders

Orders that are placed before 1:00 p.m. Mon-Friday will usually go out the same day. If an item is out of stock at the time the order is placed we will put that order on hold until the item becomes back in stock and at that time the order will be shipped out.

Shipping Charges
We only charge you the exact shipping cost from UPS or USPS.
We can charge UPS Shipping charges to your UPS account.

PLEASE NOTE: The shipping charges shown in your shopping cart are an estimate. The actual cost may be lower or higher depending on the size of the order. Large items / orders are subject to oversize fees.

Returns & Concerns
Any item returned to us without a return authorization number will not be refunded.

Product is damaged, defective or does not work
Contact us by phone or e-mail and give us details. We will give you instructions.

Changed mind and does not want it
If it is unopened and in its original condition, we are happy to take it back and refund the price of the product, if returned within 60 days from original date. No shipping costs will be refunded.

Did not get what they ordered
If we sent the wrong item, contact us and we will take care of it. If you made the mistake we are still happy to exchange it for the correct item, but you are responsible for all shipping charges. Item must be in original condition.

Product received does not work the way they thought it would
Most manufacturers offer a satisfaction guarantee. If your customer is not satisfied with an item, have them contact the customer service # listed in the owner's book that came with the item. If you need we can provide these phone #s to you if you contact us. All satisfaction guarantees must be handled with the manufacturers.

Opened and bothered, maybe even used it, now does not want it
We cannot accept returnss of items that have been used. It is impossible for us to re-sell the item as new and we do not deal in used merchandise.

*Personal care products & accessories that have been opened are not returnable.
